1. Who We Are

Stellix Group Ltd ("we", "us", "our") is a web design and digital marketing agency specialising in the UK automotive trade sector. We work exclusively with independent garages, MOT centres, bodyshops, tyre fitters, mobile mechanics, and similar automotive businesses.

We are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, how long we keep it, and what your rights are under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.


2. Data Controller

Stellix Group Ltd is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.

As a small business, Stellix Group Ltd is not required to appoint a formal Data Protection Officer. Data protection responsibility sits with the company directors. All data-related queries should be directed to hello@stellix-results.com.


3. What Personal Data We Collect

3.1 Website Visitors & Enquiries

When you submit a free mockup request or contact us via our website, we may collect:

  • Your name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Business or garage name
  • Business type and location
  • Your existing website address (if applicable)
  • Notes or messages you include in the form
  • Which subscription plan you have expressed interest in

3.2 Contract & Sign-Up Data

When a client signs a Service Agreement, we collect and retain:

  • Full legal name of the signatory
  • Business or trading name
  • Legal status of the business (sole trader, limited company, or partnership)
  • Company registration number (where applicable)
  • Business address
  • Email address and phone number
  • The signed Service Agreement itself, including the plan selected, monthly fee, and subscription start date

This data is collected on the basis of contractual necessity and is retained for 6 years from the end of the subscription in accordance with UK tax and legal compliance requirements.

3.3 Active Clients (Subscribers)

For clients on an active Starter, Growth, or Pro subscription, we may additionally hold:

  • Individual contact names and email addresses for day-to-day service delivery
  • Login credentials or access details for third-party platforms (such as domain registrar, Google Business Profile, Google Workspace, and booking systems), stored securely and accessible only to Stellix Group Ltd directors involved in service delivery
  • Billing information (processed and held by Stripe; Stellix Group Ltd does not store card details directly)

3.4 Website Analytics

We use third-party analytics tools that collect anonymised data about how visitors use our website, including:

  • Pages visited and time spent on each page
  • Traffic source and referring website
  • Device type and browser
  • Geographic region (country or region level, not precise location)

These tools do not collect personally identifiable information without your consent.

5. Analytics & Cookies

We use the following analytics tool on our website:

  • Google Analytics 4 (GA4): Anonymised usage data to understand how visitors navigate our site. Data is retained for 14 months within GA4.

GA4 requires consent where it uses cookies. You may withdraw consent at any time by updating your cookie preferences or by contacting us at hello@stellix-results.com.

Stellix Group Ltd does not currently use Google Tag Manager or Microsoft Clarity on its own website. Where these tools are deployed on client websites on your behalf, this is done under separate arrangements and governed by the relevant platform terms.


6. Data Sharing & Subcontractors

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data with any third party for marketing purposes.

We may share data with trusted subcontractors or freelancers engaged to assist in delivering services. Any subcontractor with access to personal data is bound by a written data processing agreement consistent with UK GDPR requirements, and is permitted to use that data only for the purpose of delivering the contracted services.

Where we process personal data on behalf of a client's business (for example, customer enquiries submitted through a client's website contact form), we act as a data processor and the client acts as the data controller. This arrangement is governed by the Data Processing Agreement set out in Schedule 1 of the signed Service Agreement, in accordance with UK GDPR Article 28.

We may also share data with third-party platforms essential to service delivery:

  • Webflow Inc.: Website design platform and hosting infrastructure. Data may be processed outside the UK.
  • Cloudflare Inc.: DNS, CDN, and security services. Data may be processed outside the UK.
  • Stripe Inc.: Secure payment processing for monthly subscriptions. Data may be processed outside the UK.
  • Google LLC (Google Analytics 4): Website usage analytics, used with your consent.
  • Google LLC (Google Workspace / Drive): Internal business operations, email, and document storage.
  • Google Tag Manager: Tag and tracking script management on client websites.
  • Microsoft (Clarity): Session recording and heatmap analytics, deployed on client websites under separate arrangement and governed by the relevant platform terms.

We may onboard additional sub-processors as our services develop. Where this involves processing your personal data, we will update this policy and ensure appropriate safeguards are in place before doing so.

Where any of the above involves transferring data outside the UK or European Economic Area (EEA), we ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place consistent with UK GDPR requirements, including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and adequacy decisions recognised under UK GDPR.

  • Access to sensitive client credentials restricted to directors only
  • Strong, unique credentials and password management tools for all business accounts
  • Device-level encryption and up-to-date security software

No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we are committed to protecting your data in line with best practice. In the event of a personal data breach likely to result in a risk to your rights and freedoms, we will notify you and the Information Commissioner's Office as required under UK GDPR.
